Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our manufacturing. If your parts do not meet the specifications agreed upon in your quote, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Eligible for Refund/Replacement

  • Parts that do not meet specified tolerances or dimensions
  • Damaged parts due to manufacturing defects
  • Wrong material or color delivered
  • Missing items from your order

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Parts manufactured according to your specifications but design was flawed
  • Minor cosmetic variations within industry standards
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Custom orders where production has already begun (unless defective)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide photos of the issue and your order number
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will either replace the parts or issue a refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Replacement parts will be manufactured and shipped at no additional cost.
